The Utah Leadership Academy is an annual conference that provides student leaders from Utah institutions the opportunity to network with peers, gain insight from Student Involvement & Leadership professionals and discuss issues facing their campuses and fellow students. Each year, the location of ULA will vary by the hosted college/university. For 2024, ULA will be located at Westminster University.

Located in Springdale, Utah, the UPSIL Winter Conference connects Student Involvement & Leadership professionals the opportunity to connect and network with one another halfway through the academic year.
